We certainly can’t take the credit for Smartsport. When the product was first developed, it was our early clients that helped us intelligently decide on functionality. This is still the case. If a client has a good idea that will benefit all clients, we’ll do the modification free of charge.
We strongly believe there is no point being in the Software Development business if we don’t listen to your requests. We listen, log and evaluate them on a merits basis. The product has to change as businesses change !!
At Smartsports Pty Ltd we pride ourselves in staying abreast of new technology. In the last 5 years, Microsoft has continued to evolve its product suite so we in turn continue to develop ours. We cannot afford to let our product slip by the wayside! You can spend months learning a new technology to find it obsolete by the time you’re ready to ship your software. To combat this, we keep a keen eye on the new technologies being developed and analyse there viability.

Smartsport uses a relational database offering many ANSI SQL standard features that runs on Linux, Windows, and a variety of Unix platforms. The database offers excellent concurrency, high performance, and powerful language support for stored procedures and triggers.
While the database is considered the engine room for Smartsport, the Graphical User Interface uses the latest Microsoft technologies. Combine the two and you have an extremely fast application scalable from 1 PC to 1000 PCs.

Smartsport Basic Network Setup
Smartsport can run in a single or multi PC environment.
In a multi PC environment, you have the choice of installing the server software on either a Windows or Linux server with workstations requiring Windows XP or greater.
